Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business day. If any item cannot be shipped within two business day, we will notify you and let you know when items will be available. Once the item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Shipping to the USA

Free Shipping with no minimum amount within the continental United States. Once shipped, orders will take 2-5 business days to be delivered.

International Shipping

International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping and rates vary depending on the weight and delivery location. Delivery time will be estimated depending on your location and you track the shipment using the tracking number.

PREMIUM SHIPPING

Our Premium Shipping rate is $25.00 USD.

Premium shipments are estimated to arrive 2 business days after the ship date.

Premium Shipping Service is not available for P.O. Box service. To use the Premium Shipping option, a physical street address is required.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

Tracking

When available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers may take 24-48 hours to update their tracking systems and show accurate tracking data. If you wish to look up detailed tracking information for you order, you may do so directly with the carrier by using their website.
